Breakfast was very not what we expected. Quality was poor and was unexpected because dinner previous night was very good.

It is a very relaxed atmosphere.
The smell of what i presume are the drains was terrible. They should sort this out. The aircon in our room was not working, but they did transfer us to another room. Extra bedding could be provided.

During our recent stay at Pine Lake Inn, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and charming ambiance of the hotel. The lobby and pool area were incredibly inviting, and the view of the lake was simply stunning. We loved waking up to the sight of peacocks roaming around the property. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Mpumalanga area, and it only took us about half an hour to reach the Numbi Gate of Kruger Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was quite good. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel provided a lunch box for us when we had to leave before breakfast time. I would definitely recommend Pine Lake Inn for a memorable stay in Mpumalanga.

Offers excellent service and savoury food. The rooms here are tastefully decorated and fully-equipped with bath. The breakfasts are reasonable with good choice of options...

The food was of a pretty high standard, both dinner and breakfast. Also the security was good. Felt vehicles and goods in car park are well attended to.
Staff in dining area not very switched on. They seem to feel that they're doing you a favour by serving you.

the rooms were spacious and the lake side view was stunning and relaxing
the toilets dont flush properly due to water pressure. The prices on beverages were over rated a non alcholic beverage costs more than alcholic beverage. Catering for children has been considered no child can eat a buffet dinner for R90.00 and only room service is optional which is not an option to leave children unattended

The buffet was quite enjoyable and everything was fresh. the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. the rooms were well-maintained with clean sheets and towels, and had a decent amount of space.
The hotel definitely needs a facelift, with dated decor and a few worn-out elements. the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating, especially during breakfast, which could use some more vegetarian options.

We appreciated the surroundings and the hotel very much. The staff was very helpful. We received a vegetarian breakfast package at 4.00 hrs in the morning. This was no problem. Which was no problem.
